The Oodie™ Gift Cards (Purchased Directly from The Oodie™)

• If you purchased an item using a The Oodie™ Gift Card and your order is eligible for a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to the original gift card used for the purchase.
• Please keep your gift card details safe, as you’ll need them to access your refunded balance.
• The Oodie™ Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

Third-Party Gift Cards (Purchased Externally)

• If you used a third-party gift card (not purchased directly from The Oodie™ website) to pay for your order, any eligible refund will be processed back to the original gift card.
• We are unable to retrieve or reissue third-party gift card details. You will need to locate and retain your third-party gift card information to access your refund.
• If you cannot find your third-party gift card, please contact the card issuer for assistance.

Additional Information

• Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
• Gift cards cannot be reloaded or topped up.
