Terms & Conditions:

1. Cannot be refunded for a change of mind.
2. Cannot be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen, or altered.
3. The remaining balance after expiry cannot be refunded.
4. Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Refunds & Returns:

• Oodie™ Gift Cards (purchased directly): Refunds go back to the original gift card.
• Third-party Gift Cards (Prezzee, TCN): Refunds are returned to the original card. We cannot retrieve or reissue third-party card details.

Additional Info:

• Gift cards cannot be topped up or reloaded.
• Expired balances are not refundable.
