We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days.

For deliveries within Australia:

  • Standard shipping typically takes 2-8 business days after dispatch
  • Express shipping usually arrives within 1-3 business days after dispatch

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.

Please note: Dispatch times may be slightly delayed during peak periods, sales, public holidays, or due to courier disruptions. If your item is on pre-order, dispatch will begin from the estimated shipping date listed at checkout.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, please reach out so we can investigate with the courier. Investigation times can vary, but we’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
