We recognise how important it is for NDIS participants to access products that support their comfort and wellbeing. At this stage, we don't have a dedicated NDIS discount or invoicing program in place, but we want to make sure you're still getting the best deal possible when you shop with us.

Can I purchase using my NDIS funding?

At the moment we aren't set up to accept direct NDIS funding or issue NDIS-specific invoices. If you're self-managed or plan-managed, you may be able to purchase through us and seek reimbursement independently, but we'd recommend checking with your plan manager or support coordinator first to confirm what's claimable under your plan.
