If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, and the exact amount will be shown during the return process.

You'll be guided through the steps, and then you'll receive instructions on how to package and post your return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your return must be initiated and posted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in ‘as new’ condition, including original packaging, swing tags, boxes, ribbons, and any specialty wrapping.
• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned unless faulty.

Please note:

• If you return part of a bundle, the bundle discount will no longer apply. The items you keep will be charged at the current sale price, and your refund will reflect the difference.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot refund shipping charges.
