We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. For Australian orders shipped via Australia Post, standard delivery usually takes 2-8 business days, while express/protection shipping is 1-3 business days. Please note, delays can occur during peak periods, sales, public holidays, or due to courier issues. If your item is on pre-order, dispatch will begin from the estimated shipping date.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. For the most accurate updates, we recommend downloading the Australia Post app.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days of the expected delivery date, reach out so we can investigate with Australia Post. Investigation times can vary, but we’ll do everything we can to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
