We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days.
For deliveries via Australia Post:
- Standard shipping typically takes 2-8 business days after dispatch
- Express shipping usually arrives within 1-3 business days after dispatch
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.
Please note: Dispatch times may be slightly delayed during peak periods, sales, public holidays, or due to courier disruptions. If your item is on pre-order, dispatch will begin from the estimated shipping date listed at checkout.

If your tracking shows a delay, or you haven’t received tracking information after 3 business days (excluding pre-orders and peak periods), please contact us here.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, reach out so we can investigate with Australia Post. Investigation times can vary, but we’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
