If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, the courier may have left your package in a safe location if no one was home. Please check around your property and with neighbours or building management, who may have collected it for you.

Double-check your shipping address to ensure it’s correct. Occasionally, packages are marked as delivered but can take an extra 24-48 hours to arrive.
