How to Start a Return

  1. Visit our online return portal.
  2. Follow the guided steps - you’ll see the exact return shipping fee before you confirm.
  3. You’ll receive instructions on how to package and post your return.

Return Eligibility

  • Your return must be initiated and posted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in ‘as new’ condition, including original packaging, swing tags, boxes, ribbons, and any specialty wrapping.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds & Fees

  • The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The exact amount is shown during the return process.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot refund shipping charges.
  • If you return part of a bundle, the bundle discount will no longer apply. The items you keep will be charged at the current sale price, and your refund will reflect the difference.
