- Standard Shipping: Free for orders $100 and over. $9.99 for orders under $100.
- Express Shipping: Available for all orders. $9.99 for orders $100 and over. $14.99 for orders under $100.
- Shipping Protection: Add for just a small fee to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage.
Processing Times:
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (dispatch times may be longer during peak periods).
- You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.
Tracking Your Order:
- Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to follow your order’s journey.
- To get the most accurate and up-to-date tracking info, we recommend downloading the applicable courier's app.
- To get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order may be split shipped from different fulfilment centres. If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking links for each parcel.
- If your order is being delivered to a PO Box, it will be shipped via Australia Post
