- Standard Shipping: Free for orders $100 and over. $9.99 for orders under $100.
- Express Shipping: Available for AU orders; NZ excluded. $9.99 for orders $100 and over. $14.99 for orders under $100.
- Shipping to New Zealand: NZ orders now ship from our Australian warehouse. Shipping is $14.99 AUD for orders over $100 AUD, and $19.99 AUD for orders $100 AUD and under. Prices at checkout will show in AUD
- Shipping Protection: Add for just a small fee at checkout to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage.
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
- For New Zealand orders, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to prepare your order, plus 4 to 7 business days for shipping once dispatched.
- You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched. Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to follow your order's journey.
- New Zealand orders are delivered by NZ Post for final-mile delivery. You'll receive an NZ Post tracking number once your order is dispatched.
- To get the most accurate and up-to-date tracking info, we recommend downloading the relevant courier app.
- Your order may arrive in multiple parcels if shipped from different fulfilment centres. You'll receive a separate tracking link for each one.
- If your order is being delivered to a PO Box, it will be shipped via Australia Post.
- For New Zealand orders over $1,000 NZD, NZ Customs requires a separate clearance process, and any applicable duty fees are the customer's responsibility. For most orders, any duties are already included in your shipping cost.
