WA Delivery Delays Due to Tropical Cyclone NarelleUpdated 9 hours ago

What’s happening?

Tropical Cyclone Narelle is causing major weather disruptions across parts of Western Australia. This has affected road access and freight movements, resulting in delivery delays for some orders heading to the region.

Which areas are affected?

The impacted corridor runs from Port Hedland through to Geraldton, including:

  • Karratha
  • Carnarvon
  • Coral Bay
  • Exmouth
  • Shark Bay
  • Denham
  • Surrounding regional areas

Road closures north and south of Carnarvon mean some freight is currently on hold.

How does this affect my order?

If your delivery is heading to one of the affected areas, it may take longer than usual to arrive. Our delivery partners will move freight as soon as it is safe and possible to do so.
