We know how important it is for your Oodie™ to arrive safe and sound. That’s why we offer ShipInsure Protection - an optional add-on for just $1.70 at checkout.
What Does ShipInsure Cover?
- Lost Orders: If your order is confirmed lost by the courier, you’ll receive a replacement or refund.
- Stolen Orders: If your order is stolen after delivery (with proof), you’re covered.
- Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.
How to Add ShipInsure
- Simply select the “Add Shipping Protection” option at checkout.
- The cost is a flat $1.70 per order.

How to Make a Claim
Locate Your Details
Find your ShipInsure™ confirmation email (sent after purchase) or have your order number and email address ready.
Go to the ShipInsure™ Claim Portal
Visit the ShipInsure™ File a Claim page.
Enter Your Information
Provide your email address and order number.
Select the Issue
Choose the affected items and the issue (lost, stolen, or damaged).
Select your preferred resolution (refund or replacement).
Describe What Happened
Briefly explain the issue in the “Tell us what happened” section
The ShipInsure™ team will review your claim and respond—most claims are resolved within 24 hours.
Important Notes
- Claims must be filed within 14 days of your package being marked as delivered.
- ShipInsure™ does not cover orders shipped to the wrong address if the address was entered incorrectly at checkout.
