We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered or received.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your return must be initiated and posted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in ‘as new’ condition, including all original packaging, swing tags, boxes, ribbons, and any specialty wrapping.
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned unless faulty.
A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, and the exact amount will be shown during the return process.
If you return part of a bundle, the bundle discount will no longer apply. The items you keep will be charged at the current sale price, and your refund will reflect the difference.
Also, shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot refund shipping charges.
