You don't need to worry about finding a return address yourself! When you lodge your return through our self-service returns portal, a return label will be automatically generated for you. The return address is printed directly on that label, so all you need to do is attach it to your parcel and drop it off.

For New Zealand customers who ordered through our AU website, our Comfort Consultants will provide you with a return label, and the return address will be printed directly on the label provided to you. Please follow the instructions provided by our team when sending your return.
